Licence
You get a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the app on devices you own or control, under Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement, which applies in full alongside these terms: apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula.
Your data, and the data of your guests
Everything you enter stays on your device; see the privacy policy. When you hold information about your guests you are responsible for it under applicable data protection law, including the GDPR — for collecting only what you need, for telling people what you hold, and for deleting it when the event is over.
Backups are your responsibility
Because nothing is stored on a server, there is no copy anywhere but your device. If you lose or erase the device without a backup, the data is gone. Export what matters to you.
No warranty
The app is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. The signing of credentials is designed to make a QR code impractical to forge, but no access control system removes the need for human judgement at the door, and the app is not a substitute for it.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the app, including loss of data. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, and your statutory rights as a consumer are unaffected.
Changes
These terms may be updated when the app changes. The version published on this page applies to the current release.
Governing law
Italian law, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protections of the country in which you live.
