In one line

Everything you enter stays in the app's own storage on your device. The developer never receives it, and neither does anyone else.

Data the app collects about you

None. The app does not ask you to create an account, does not ask for an email address, and does not identify your device. Because it never contacts a server, there is no mechanism by which any information could reach the developer or a third party.

In App Store terms, this is declared as Data Not Collected.

Data you enter, and where it lives

You enter information about your own events and guests: event names, dates, venues, capacities and notes; guest names, organizations, roles, email addresses, phone numbers, accreditation categories, the replies you record for each invitation, and check-in records. You may also choose a logo and a cover image for an event.

All of it is stored locally in the app's private container on your device, using Apple's SwiftData framework. It is covered by the device's own encryption, it is included in your device backups if you make them, and it is deleted when you delete the app.

You are the controller of that data

When you use the app to process information about other people — your guests — you are the data controller for that information under the GDPR, and you decide why and how it is processed. The developer is not a processor of it, because the developer never receives it. Collect only what you need, tell your guests what you hold, and delete it when the event is over.

Images you choose for an event

A logo or a cover image is picked with Apple's own photo picker. The picker runs outside the app and hands over only the one image you select, which is why iOS never asks the app for access to your photo library. The image is reduced in size and kept in the app's private container, exactly like the rest of your event, and it is used only on that event's badges and invitations. Removing it from the event deletes it.

Sending an invitation by email

The app does not send mail. "Email the invitation" opens Apple's own mail composer, already filled in with the guest's address, your message and the invitation PDF. Nothing leaves your device unless you press Send yourself, and when you do, it is your own mail account that sends it — the message does not pass through the developer, and the developer never sees that it happened. If you cancel, nothing is sent and the invitation is not marked as sent.

The camera

The camera is used on one screen only: check-in. It reads the QR code on a guest's credential and nothing else. No photograph or video frame is saved, and nothing is transmitted. iOS asks for your permission the first time, and you can withdraw it at any time in Settings ▸ Privacy & Security ▸ Camera — the rest of the app continues to work.

What a credential QR code contains

A guest's QR code carries a signed reference to the event and to the guest's record inside your own device, and a cryptographic signature. It carries no name, no email address and no phone number. Someone who photographs a printed badge learns nothing about the person holding it.

Third parties

There are none. The app contains no advertising, no analytics SDK, no crash reporting service and no social login. It uses only frameworks provided by Apple as part of iOS.

Files you create

When you export a guest list as CSV, or generate badge or invitation PDFs, those files are handed to the iOS share sheet and go wherever you send them. From that point they are outside the app, and what happens to them is governed by whatever service or app you chose.

Children

The app is a professional tool for event organizers and is not directed at children.

Your rights

Since the developer holds no data about you, there is nothing to request access to, correct or erase. Data inside the app is under your own control: edit or delete any event or guest at any time, and deleting the app removes everything it stored.

Changes to this policy

If the app ever gains a feature that transmits data, this page will be updated before that version is released, and the App Store privacy label will be updated with it.
