The accreditation desk and the door, on one device
Build the guest list, issue signed QR credentials, print badges at true physical size, and scan people in as they arrive — all on your iPhone or iPad.
What it does
- Events — schedule, venue, capacity, and live counts of expected, arrived and still to come.
- Guest list — ten accreditation categories, each with its own colour, searchable and filterable.
- Credentials — every guest gets a QR code signed with a key generated for that event.
- Check-in — point the camera at a badge and the answer comes back at once.
- Badges — PDF at 90 × 120 mm, 100 × 150 mm or A6; printed at 100% they come out the right size.
- Invitations — an A5 PDF per guest carrying their own QR code, sent from your own mail account through Apple's mail composer.
- Replies — record who said yes, who said no and who has not answered; the acceptance rate is counted for you.
- Your branding — your logo and a cover image on the event, printed on that event's badges and invitations.
- Export — the whole guest list as CSV.
Credentials that cannot be forged
Each event generates its own signing key when it is created. A guest's QR code carries a signed reference and nothing else — no name, no email, no phone number. Photographing a badge therefore reveals nothing about the person holding it.
A code issued for a different event is refused. A code that was not issued by the app is refused. Revoking a credential stops it working immediately, while the guest stays on the record.
Nothing leaves the device
Event Nexus AI makes no network requests of any kind. There is no account to create and no server to connect to, which also means it works at a venue with no signal.
