Terms of Use (EULA)

Last updated 1 October 2026

Licence

ISO Auditor Pro is licensed, not sold, to you by MSCS di Stefan E. for use on Apple devices you own or control, under Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement, which these terms supplement.

Subscription

  • Using the application on iPhone, iPad and Mac requires an active ISO Auditor Pro subscription, monthly or annual, bought by the workspace administrator through the App Store. The subscription covers the whole workspace on the device that holds it.
  • While no subscription is in force the application shows the plans and the options to restore a purchase or to delete your account; the records already stored on the device are kept, encrypted, and become available again as soon as a plan is active.
  • Payment is charged to your Apple account at confirmation of purchase. The subscription renews automatically unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the period, at the price shown in the app. You manage or cancel it in your Apple account settings.
  • Prices are shown in the app in your local currency as set by the App Store.

What the application is, and is not

  • ISO Auditor Pro is a tool for organising and documenting audits, risk assessments and information-security management systems. It does not contain the text of ISO standards; its guidance, questions and templates are the developer's own wording.
  • Its outputs are drafts and records prepared by you. Professional judgement, conclusions, certifications and legal advice remain yours or your accredited body's; the application and its optional AI assistant never decide for you.
  • Legal content (EU and national instruments) is provided for orientation with the date it was checked; you verify it against the official source before relying on it.

Your responsibilities

  • Keep your device, password and backup passphrase safe: the developer cannot recover an encrypted workspace or backup.
  • You are responsible for the personal data of third parties you record, and for complying with the law that applies to your audits.

Warranty and liability

The application is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, MSCS di Stefan E. is not liable for losses arising from its use, including lost data, audit findings, conclusions or regulatory outcomes. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
