Quick start

On first launch, enter your company name, logo and your engineer profile — they appear on every report.
Tap + New Report. Choose Quick Report (customer, ticket, device, problem, work, result) or Detailed Report (equipment, parts, labour timer, checklists, photos).
Tap Customer Review & Sign: the customer reviews the summary, confirms acceptance and signs on screen; the engineer signs next; the report seals with a SHA-256 fingerprint.
Preview and export as PDF or DOCX, then share, email or print — everything also works fully offline.

FAQ

Does the app work offline?

Yes — everything (reports, signatures, PDF/DOCX generation, archive, search) works without internet. Only the optional AI assistant needs a connection.

Where is my data stored?

Only on your device, protected with iOS Data Protection. There are no accounts and no cloud operated by the developer. You can export your data as JSON from Settings → Storage & Privacy.

Can I change the report language independently of the app language?

Yes. The interface supports English, Romanian, Italian, German, French, Spanish and Polish, and each report has its own output language for the generated PDF/DOCX.

What happens if a signed report is edited?

Any modification invalidates the existing signatures, the app warns you, and the document must be reviewed and signed again — the audit trail records everything.

Are the signatures qualified electronic signatures?

No. They are electronic handwritten signatures captured on device together with signer name, timestamp and the document's SHA-256 fingerprint. Certificate-based (eIDAS/PAdES) signing is on the roadmap.

How do I enable the AI writing assistant?

Settings → AI Assistant → paste your own Anthropic API key (stored in the Keychain). The assistant rewrites your text (grammar, professional tone, translation) and always shows the suggestion before replacing anything. It never invents work you did not enter.

How do I scan serial numbers?

Tap the barcode icon next to any serial/asset-tag field. The camera reads barcodes, QR codes and printed text and fills the field automatically.

Can several engineers appear on one report?

Yes — add engineers in the report's Engineers section; the lead engineer is marked on the document.
