Write to support@support-remote.org. Please include the application version, your device model and iOS version, and — if you are reporting a defect — what you did, what you expected, and what happened instead.

01 Your data stays on your device

Support cannot see your clients, audits, evidence or reports — none of it ever leaves your device. When you report a problem, describe it in words or send a screenshot with sensitive fields covered. Never send us client evidence.

02 Purchase, subscription and refunds

The application is bought once. The optional annual subscription delivers updated versions of the jurisdiction and control registries; if it lapses, the application keeps working in full with the registry version you already hold.

Purchases, renewals, cancellations and refunds are handled entirely by Apple. Manage or cancel a subscription in Settings → your name → Subscriptions. Request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com.

03 About the regulatory content

The application ships jurisdiction packs for the 27 EU Member States and the three EEA-EFTA states. Every entry carries its source, URL, version and the date it was last checked, and entries that have not been confirmed against the official source are marked UNVERIFIED in the interface.

If you find an entry that is out of date or wrong, tell us the country, the field and the official source — corrections ship in the next registry version.

The application is an audit instrument. It does not give legal advice, and its output does not substitute for the judgement of a qualified adviser or for the decision of a competent national authority.
